Coaches play a pivotal role in the success of the Jacksonville Mighty Vikings, as pillars of this organization, coaches are expected to uphold the principles of COACHING, MENTORING, and DEVELOPING FOR ALL participants, teaching them the fundamentals of the game and emphasizing the importance of safety. To ensure that coaches are well-equipped to handle any situation, all coaches must go through HEADS UP training (USA Football) and mandatory coaches clinic. Furthermore, all coaches are thoroughly vetted by the Board of Directors, including a background check.
